I always go to this store to get my shoes. Jake and Hanna were the ones who helped me. Jake has helped me many times. I like this store so much that I made a coworker or two come get their feet analyzed and new shoes with insoles. When you work on your feet all day; it’s important to have the right shoes.

Ian was awesome! The store was super busy with people coming and going, but he handled it like a pro. He made time to check in with every customer and make sure they were getting what they needed. Great retail experience overall.

Hanna was friendly, very helpful, and knew so much! The store itself looked clean and well-presented. I left with shoes I'm eager to run in, and a head full of great information about shoes and nearby races. The next time I need running gear, this is the first place I'll think of.

Roadrunner is top notch! And Gani the manager goes above and beyond for his customers every time. I travel over 30 min and I purchase all of my walking/ running shoes from Roadrunner Sports in Kent, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Every time I go here, it always happens to be Jacob and I am glad it is him! Even though it was super busy for them (like shoes everywhere) and near closing time, he never made me feel rushed to get out the store. It looked like they got slammed with all the shoes that was out but that did not bug me. It showed me that they make sure each customer goes home with a pair they can absolutely feel comfortable in. Jacob helped me from beginning to end. He was helping me while helping another but never felt like I was abandoned. He also gave honest opinions bout certain shoes and that’s what keeps me coming back. I always enjoy coming in here. I leave a satisfied customer and definitely would come back.

Visited this store after my massage therapist, Lynda, suggested it. When I arrived on a Saturday they were pretty busy but William approached me quickly and began assisting me while still assisting the family that was there before me. He answered all of my questions and showed me some great shoes I never would have tried on my own! He also said I might be wearing a half-size larger shoe than I should be. My Good Feet insoles have been really good to me but I'm very curious about the custom insoles they offer here so I will be back for those. They also have a high quality shoe selection when I have been struggling to find anything lately that seems well-made. Zero pressure, always friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, William! 😁 This approach by employees makes me happy to spend my money here and I feel very comfortable returning to this branch.

I had such a great experience at Road Runner Sports store in Kent that I came back again, this time with my son. Just like my first visit, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. They carefully assessed our needs, guided us through different shoe options, and recommended insole inserts that made a noticeable difference in comfort and support. We both walked out feeling confident about our choices and really appreciated the time and attention we were given. It’s rare to find this level of customer care and expertise in a retail setting. Truly a high touch, concierge level experience where a highly trained salesperson is hearing my issues and needs and providing several options without pressure . Hannah encourages my new love of running and shares her own personal running experience to guide decisions on gear. I travel 45 minutes to the Kent store and it is well worth it!
